7 Youtube Channels That Are Worth Your Time
Some of these Youtube channels seem a little underrated where I come from. I have learned so much from each of them, plus they all make me laugh like crazy.
LoveLiveServe-I found out about these two guys a while back from a group of friends. I was in a group chat where we sent funny videos to each other and one of LoveLiveServe’s skits was shared. When I watched it I was hooked and now I never miss a video. Rhino and Noah Boat (stage names) are the creators of the channel who are currently in College. They make several different videos that anyone with emotion can enjoy. These two guys are tall, attractive, funny, nice and real, it doesn’t get better than that.
Arlin Moore- Last year, I went on a College tour for my brother and we went to Boston University. The day I went was rainy, gray and sad and I was not in the mood for a tour. I automatically did not like the school just because of my mood and that was a whole mistake. I decided to do some research on the school rather than totally forget about it and so I came across Arlins’ channel (because he goes to BU). BUT the first video I watched wasn’t even his. The video was “The Biggest Mistake We Have Made in College” from Maggie MacDonalds channel, which featured Arlin. Most Arlin Moore videos basically slap me in the face a little with a touch of reality and I love it. His Vlogs and advice videos are on a whole other level than any other College Students channel.
Zane Hijazi- If you follow up with David Dobrik and all his commotion then you know Zane is somewhere in there. Fans always like to say that they know a “famous” person because they follow up on their drama or their latest book or whatever ,but the person is usually someone totally different behind the scenes. Well…I’m going to be a true fangirl here for a moment and say that the Zane on camera is hilarious and his videos make me feel like I know him. Sometimes he reminds me of my inner self. He has a totally unique vibe compared to his friends and that is what I want to see most of the time…if only he could post more videos lol…no hate Zane.
Matt Steffanina- Matt deserves to dance with every dancer in the WORLD. If you binge watch his videos up to his very first one you are going to think you’re a dancer like him. If I could dance like him and snatch everyone’s attention like him, I would be on the streets of New England making money dancing to some random J Balvin song. Me and friends only try to learn his routines almost all the time…no biggie
Trejae- Similar to Arlin I found this youtuber through another. Thank you Essence Nicole for your divine videos and bringing me to his. Jae has these segments called “The Spiel” where he and his friends start a conversation off of a topic. Though honestly I do not watch the conversation because of the topic ,but because of the funny interaction between his friends. Jae and his friends are college dudes that try to make time for each other to make videos and the friendship they have is…what’s a better word for real? They say corny things, pick on one another, and even if one is speaking gibberish they can still understand each other. Their bond reminds me of my friends.
Jubilee (Middle Ground)- The Youtube Channel Jubilee creates videos of those questions I ask myself and they are answered through Middle Ground videos. Jubilee does have other just as interesting videos ,such as biggest insecurities and speed dating, but on Middle Ground I learn more in an hour than turning on a news channel for an hour. Jubilee lets two opposite groups come together to support their ideas and hear out others. Plus some of the groups that come on, that you may be opposed of, look ridiculous ,but that’s part of the point because to them on the other side you are the one that looks ridiculous.
Comedy Central (Drunk History)- Have you ever heard of those cute friendships where a friend makes a list of certain episodes to watch to make their other friend laugh? Well this is the case for me and Comedy Central with a few of my friends. Whenever I hear “Consequences” all I can think of is Key and Peele.
With Comedy Central’s Drunk History I understand America even more because it’s dumbed down and I speak fluent dumb. Right now my favorite one has to be the one about Harriet Tubman…just watch it. If you ever are in a heated argument with your family members just search up Drunk History on Youtube and you will go back to being connected again, trust me it works.
Next time when your at the airport or your baby cousins birthday party look up these channels instead of pretending you are using your phone when we all know you are scrolling through your settings.
